About Us

Professional Contracting Services

Our Story

We Aim To Service Every Industrial Segment in America

Eagle Industrial Painting hit the ground running in 2013 with the capacity and resources of its biggest competitors. Our staff members had completed DOT projects in virtually every state in the US over a professional span of more than 200 combined years – yet we refused to become a single market contractor.

In the years to follow, EIP completed bridge projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. We also bolstered our leadership team to include top tier business professionals in the coating materials industry and contract management fields. Our team now represents a specialist in every focus market in the industrial sector, with completed projects, case histories, and proven success stories in our past. With over five years of proven execution, EIP began to pursue opportunities in a host of segments that will surely include a solution for your facility and/or asset. Feel free to contact us about certifications we have obtained in your market segment and state of interest.

About the Founder

Losing Is Not Part Of Our Vocabulary” – Steve Zoumberakis

Steve Zoumberakis, the Owner and President of Eagle Industrial Painting, came to America from Greece, a young man full of determination and ambition. He arrived in Cleveland, Ohio on December 14, 1969, with just $3.00 in his pocket, gratitude in his heart and excitement for his future life in America.  After working several jobs within the first year, in December of 1970, he was given the opportunity to work at a machine shop.  His skills and service allowed him to quickly grow within the ranks and before long, he was presented with the opportunity to start his own business. Although he was not very fluent in speaking or understanding the English language – and had only two years of high school education – his strong work ethic, diligence, and persistence led him toward financial success.

In June of 1978, Steve made an $8,000.00 investment and opened up his first company called Quality Mold. In the following years, battling the unexpected and unpredictable economic US downturn, and with the rise of Korea, China, and India, his business continued to grow. Using state-of-the-art technology, invaluable resources, radical ideas, financial wisdom, and great customer service, Quality Mold was able to not only compete with other leading companies within the industry but also beat the competition overseas. Steve was able to turn Quality Mold into the largest tire mold manufacturer in North America, South America, and Europe. Steve owned five operations in the United States, one in Mexico, Brazil, and Slovakia, allowing him to conduct business in over 36 countries.

In January of 2012, Steve prepared to retire and sold Quality Mold. His plans for retirement were quickly halted when less than one year later a  new business opportunity was presented to him in the area of bridge coating. After researching the industry, Steve decided to move forward and developed Eagle Industrial Painting LLC, which now services all 50 states in the area of structural and industrial coatings.

Steve’s Past Experience:

Quality Mold Inc 1978-2012 – Owner

2200 Massillon Rd
Akron, OH 44312

You completed your work quickly and efficiently, while satisfying all of the contract specifications and quality standards established for the project. Most importantly, your operations were well coordinated with both the work of our crews, as well as that of the various other trades on the job. This allowed the entire project to flow smoothly.
